Bwinn Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bwinn ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features provided through the bwinn.pro website and the bwinn mobile app.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the bwinn platform.

1Account Eligibility

To register and use the bwinn platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling platforms are prohibited by local law.
• Not currently listed on any voluntary self-exclusion program from any gambling control scheme.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Bwinn reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and all funds will be subject to a review process before any refund is considered.

2Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) bwinn account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated in your official identification document
• Valid date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A mobile phone number registered in your name
• A unique and secure password

Identity Verification Process (KYC): bwinn carries out an identity verification process to ensure account security and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be asked to submit copies of the following documents:

• Identity card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement within 3 months)
• Documents related to the payment method used

Failure to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functionality or deposit limits on your account.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

Bwinn accepts a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account instantly upon successful payment verification.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Online banking (FPX) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and more
• Supported Malaysian digital wallets
• Instant bank transfer

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are based on your chosen payment method and account verification level. Detailed limits are shown on the Deposit platform.

Bwinn does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorized source or third party will be blocked and returned.

4Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawing funds from your bwinn account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method or under the same name as your deposit method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per request.
• Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.
• Any bonus or promotion with unfulfilled wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Bwinn reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as part of our security and compliance procedures. This is a standard measure to protect players from fraud and money laundering.

If there are any technical issues or verification requirements, our team will contact you via your registered email or phone number within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bwinn offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. Each bonus carries wagering requirements and specific conditions that must be fulfilled before the bonus value or any associated wins can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all bwinn bonuses:

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe set for each promotion — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Bwinn reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through abuse, system exploitation, or suspicious behaviour.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses constitutes fraud and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Bwinn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that are currently in the process of fulfilling their requirements at the time the change is announced.

6Game Rules

All games available on bwinn use Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been independently audited to ensure random and fair outcomes. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface.

Players are fully responsible for understanding the rules of any game they wish to play before placing bets. bwinn is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

• Wins and game results are final once a round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, bwinn will take reasonable steps to complete the round or refund the bet as appropriate.
• Bwinn will not be liable for any internet connection failures on the player's end that cause disruptions during gameplay.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

7Accepted Player Conduct

Bwinn maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Players are required to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility at all times while using the platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt bwinn systems or services.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language when communicating with the bwinn team or other players.
• Spreading false information about bwinn or other players.

Bwinn uses a continuous monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any player suspected of violating these rules will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bwinn reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, whether temporarily or permanently, on the following grounds:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Requests from law enforcement bodies or relevant authorities.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bwinn support team. If there is a remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure, the funds will be returned after the required review process.

Voluntary self-exclusion due to excessive gambling can be requested via the Responsible Gaming.

9bwinn Liability Limits

Bwinn provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuity, timeliness, or error-free operation of the platform.

• Bwinn is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including server failures, network issues, or natural disasters.
• Bwinn's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance does not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. bwinn does not bear any financial losses incurred by players as a result of game outcomes.

10Terms Amendment and Applicable Laws

Bwinn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the bwinn platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
